Program Description
LAC Language Classes
Spanish Course:
This Spanish Second Language course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive foundation in Spanish language skills, focusing on reading, writing, listening, and speaking abilities. Through engaging and interactive lessons, students will develop their vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation while gaining cultural insights into Spanish-speaking countries. Emphasizing practical communication, the course encourages students to actively participate in conversations, engage in role-plays, and practice real-life scenarios.
By the end of the course, students will have acquired the necessary tools to confidently express themselves in Spanish and navigate a variety of everyday situations. Whether for travel, work, or personal enrichment, this course equips students with the skills to become proficient Spanish speakers.
Mandarin Course:
In this beginner Mandarin second language course, students will embark on an exciting journey to learn the fundamentals of the Mandarin Chinese language. Through a combination of interactive lessons, engaging activities, and immersive exercises, students will develop essential skills in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Mandarin.
This course will introduce basic vocabulary, grammar structures, and pronunciation techniques, allowing students to confidently communicate in simple everyday situations. By the end of the course, students will have a solid foundation in Mandarin Chinese and be well-equipped to continue their language learning journey.
